I'm sorry that I didn't notice that tendency for the Romal to foam up until long after I had posted the recipe - if I were smart, I'd make a note on the recipe, wouldn't I? :-) Olive tapenade, goat's cheese and smoked peppers sound like the perfect things to have with this bread!
